Welcome to the 12th International Conference on Antenna Theory and Techniques (ICATT-2020) with in 2020 IEEE Ukrainian Microwave Week, which would be held in Kharkiv, June 22 – 27, 2020. ICATT provides the international forum for discussing recent advances in antenna theory and techniques and their numerous applications.

The ICATT Conference and the whole event IEEE Ukrainian Microwave Week are a great opportunity for scientists to share their achievements and research results, exchange ideas, find partners, improve networking, and meet new friends with a common mindset.

The 12th International Conference ICATT is dedicated to the 100 anniversary of Prof. Yakov S. Shifrin (April 23, 1920 — August 6, 2019), IEEE Life Fellow. Prof. Yakov Shifrin was an outstanding scientist and one of the initiators of IEEE activity in the field of antenna theory and technique in Ukraine. Yakov S. Shifrin was a founder of the IEEE Ukraine Section (Kharkiv) SP/AP/C/EMC Joint Chapter and International Conference on Antenna Theory and Techniques.

More information is available on our web page http://icatt.ieee.org.ua/

ICATT topics include, but are not limited to

    • General Antenna Theory
    • Reflector, Lens and Hybrid Antennas
    • Antenna Arrays
    • Adaptive Antennas, Smart Antennas
    • Low-Gain, Printed Antennas
    • Antennas for Mobile Communications
    • Antennas for Industrial and Medical Applications
    • Antennas for Radio Astronomy
    • Antenna Radomes and Absorbers
    • Antenna Measurements

The language of the conference is English.

It will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions.

Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published and is not under review elsewhere. Size of the conference paper should be from 4 to 6 full A4 pages, prepared according to the IEEE Conference Proceedings format. Papers must be submitted electronically, in PDF and DOC (or TEX) format, on-line via the system.

At least one of the authors (presenting author) of each accepted paper is required to register, pay a participation fee and participate in the Conference. Each author can submit and present no more than 3 papers.

The ICATT-2020 and IEEE UkrMW-2020 will implement a single-blind peer-review process. All submitted papers will be provided to three independent anonymous reviewers.

The papers accepted for the program will be published in the Proceedings of the IEEE Ukrainian Microwave Week: 2020 IEEE 12th International Conference on Antenna Theory and Techniques (ICATT-2020).

All accepted papers and oral (or poster) presenting at the ICATT-2020 will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases (Scopus, Web of Science, etc). “No-show” papers won’t be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
